A really excellent haircut with Freya, she listened to what I wanted to achieve going forward with my preferred haircut and understood my hair so well - translating into a very good cut that I’m very pleased with. The atmosphere at the salon was great, she made me feel welcomed and heard. Other members of staff also friendly and welcoming.
