My first visit to the Butterfly Room and so glad I did! I explained what I wanted and was given a really excellent cut and excellent style! I didn't feel rushed but felt really relaxed! Would highly recommend!! Thank you ?

I went in to see Becky after a haircut at home that went wrong. As soon as I went in she made me feel very very welcome . She put me at ease straight away and told me she would be able to style it even though it was a mess. She made my dad welcome as well and we we’re given tea and coffee.

My hair is amazing and I absolutely love the style. I came out of there with more confidence and felt happy again. I will definitely be returning to maintain the style and colour. Thank you so so much xxxx Claudia Thomas

Once again a very relaxing time in butterflys, having my hair washed and styled by little Becky . Always so lovely friendly and she makes sure of what you would like to have done before she starts. Happy I have found this local hair salon. Would very much recommend .

Amazing service - very friendly, professional and a lovely environment to be in. All vegan products so a huge thumbs up from my perspective, absolutely wonderful that a salon has fully compassionate products to use ? My stylist was so lovely and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. 100% all the way!

From start to finish my experience with the Butterfly Room was caring and helpful, I felt like I was important and they went out of their way to help me. As for my hair, I had neglected it for a year, I went in feeling like an ugly duckling and came out feeling like a swan! Thank you Katie for the amazing cut!

I love going to Butterfly Room for my haircut and colour. Always very friendly and lovely atmosphere. Josie is a brilliant hair stylist and cuts my hair just how I like it.

My hair wash /condition treatment very very disappointing . Slow & poor
Resulted in re washing hair by my stylist to rinse products out and therefore adding extra time in salon

I can’t thank Katy enough for the amazing haircut - she listened to me, gave good advice and cut and styled my hair beautifully. It was clear how skilled and competent she was and also lovely to see her passion for hair dressing. I look forward to returning in the new year :)

I don't know what has happened this time. I have been to The Butterfly Room several times now and up until now I have been really pleased with the result of the cut, it has been (until now) the best cut I have ever had and I have been able to style it easily in the way I like it, sadly this time it is nothing like as good. I have waited several days before leaving this review to see if I could achieve the style I like as I have been able to before, but no, it is just not sitting right no matter what I do when I style it and I don't feel at all happy, or comfortable in the way it now looks. I'm feeling sorry to leave a not so positive review, as stated before until this time I have been very pleased with the result, but I would not be telling the truth if I were to say that I pleased and happy with it this time, sadly I'm not.
