Caitlin (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong) was lovely and put me at ease the minute I walked in. All the safety rules were applied and I was very happy with my haircut too. Will be booking to go back

I had a gel pedicure with Katy. It wa absolutely lovely. So gentle as I explained I had an operation on my toe. Definitely going back again.

I was reluctant to try someone new but had the best experience today! Caity was amazing.

Connie’s thoughts- I was a little bit nervous at first but the lady was really nice and very gentle with me. The lady had long hair like me and she asked me lots of questions about meeting.I liked the nail varnishes and want mummy to let me have my nails done. I will come back again for my haircut all the time. Connie aged 8 years and one month!

My first experience of having my hair coloured and it was great. Caitlin is such a relaxed but professional hairdresser she really put me at ease. The colour choice was fab and looks so natural. Thank you The Butterfly Room.

We’ve just moved into the area and didn’t know ANY hairdressers - couldn’t ask anyone due to Covid.
The greeting was lovely, and as I arrived a little early and they noticed I have a walking stick, I was really pleased when they put a chair outside in the shade, for me to sit on!
Looking forward to going back next week for a cut, style and re-colour! ?

I felt safe and relaxed whilst Katie worked on my feet. Everyone wore their masks and equipment was cleaned and wiped down.

Very good and very polite I would definitely recommend this salon.

can't put into words how much I missed my salon visits during lockdown. Yesterday was the first time in 4 months I'd had my hair done. Thanks to the amazing cut Caitlin had last done, my hair still looked pretty good. But to have her cut and cour again, gave me such a boost. Thank you!

I was very worried about visiting the salon today. COVID 19 makes everything difficult. But the girls made my visit easy and safe and as lovely as always. And, of course, my colour and cut are fab.

After 4 months in lockdown, what a treat to have my hair done by Becki who worked her magic with a colour and cut that was utterly perfect. What made this visit so outstanding, was the level of attention to hygiene and understanding, to make sure that I felt comfortable, confident and protected from coronavirus during my time in the salon.

I was so excited to return for my first cut since February. I was impressed and reassured by the measures that had been put in place and it was great to catch up with the lovely Becci. A very good experience given the strange times we are living in.
