I was given a voucher for Serenity, what a lovely treat!
Had eyebrows shaped followed by neck and back massage. Lovely massage and lovely girl that did it! My only disappointment was that I chose treatments that added up to the value of the voucher, but I didn't get the 30mins of massage, I had eyebrows and massage in 30mins which included time to get undressed and dressed again. Massage was heavenly! But felt I was slightly cheated on time by 10 minutes, was that because a friend paid for a voucher and not me paying at the time? My friend would be upset to know that she paid for my treat and it was not really what she paid for. Xx

We've been using Vicky our stylist for 10 years. All our family have been going to Serenity hair for 10 years and wouldn't use any other salon. I've always come out after having my hair done feeling so much better in myself. Excellent hair cut as always and friendly and welcoming atmosphere too. Love you doing our hairs Serenity.

I came in on the spur of the moment but the very pleasant professional staff fitted me in. Half leg wax, chin and upper lip, all well done. My only criticism would be the £16 cost of waxing upper lip and chin, rather expensive when compared to the wax and time required to complete a half leg wax for £18.

Had a hair cut with ******* in the 22nd of June ! He did not listen to what I wanted done with that i ended up with a wonky fringe and an un even hair cut ! Not impressed as I was very made up last time when a lovely lady cut my hair ! £44 down the drain and now I need to get it corrected

Love my new look, Ashleigh a lovely chatty hairdresser and I am very pleased with the result.

I had my roots coloured to match my hair, which had chosen its own colour after being bleached by the sun and a deep conditioning treatment to nourish my hair, which was then blow dried straight. The result,everyone thinks I've had a whole new head of colour and my hair cut! Loving my new look, thank you Serenity!

My daughters had hair appointments and I had a manicure. As always, a lovely experience. The team are very warm and welcoming, patient and professional, and we had a great time. The salon is very clean and well laid out. I've had lots of different treatments over the years I've been coming, and have always thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the result.

I love my visits here, all the staff are talented and lovely. Great value for money and tranquil atmosphere.

What more can I say!

Vicky did an excellent job on my colour, listening to what I wanted to achieve and advising me on the best way to get it. Result is that my increasingly brassy highlights and a rather a lot of regrowth are now all a lovely, even, warmer colour. Love it, thank you!

After coming to the salon for many years l remain happy to recommend how dedicated the staff team are to their work in keeping up to date with their training and providing a personal and professional service. I always come away relaxed and happy with my hair styling.

I am a self confessed nightmare when it comes to my hair, I will change my mind every other month...darker...lighter! But Vicky always listens and never makes me feel like the nightmare I know I am. Today's appointment again I left feeling relaxed and happy (very happy). I had messaged Vicky during last week with some pictures from Pinterest that I thought would look good. I still wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted so Vicky said to leave it to her and she would have some suggestions for me. We decided to do a mixture of two photos and TA DAH... A bikini wax is never the most relaxing thing to have done, but Ellinor was really great at putting me at ease and getting me through it! She was super professional, quick and the result is great!
I had a pedicure afterwards and again Ellinor did a beautiful job. Really great attention to detail and a lovely manor.
It's so peaceful at Serenity too!

My second visit with Abbie and I am loving my cut and colour. I don't like to change hairdressers and have found one I am very happy with. Thank you Abbie ????

My treatments were all carried out by Gina. I had already booked the manicure with gel polish and peducure. I decided to book the facial, returning for the appointment after an hour and a half, when I realised that Gina was obviously well qualified and efficient with doing the mani/pedi. She has a very professional and quietly reassuring approach. The facial treatment was one of the best I have had. Both Rooms for these treatments were well appointed with excellent specialist equipment. The whole experience was very relaxing and I was pleased with the results. I have been coming to Serenity for a few months now to have my hair cut by Claire. She booked my appointment yesterday, 22nd June, with Gina. Again, my hair appointments are also a very relaxing experience. Claire is knowledgeable and professional, I have been very happy with her expertise, she listens carefully to my requests about my cut, adds her own advice or suggestions and always does a great job! Everything at the salon is geared to making the customer feel well looked after. I would recommend the salon without hesitation. My friend Miranda Cobbing recommended it to me! She has her hair cut there as well as her two young sons.

It has been a while and as always Abby did exactly what i wanted.It feels like it is in better condition and looks fabulous.... the head massage was amazing and made the whole experience very relaxing on a hot sunny day

Always come out of Serenity looking years younger (and much smarter) thanks to Vicky's expert colouring and cutting and my eyebrows don't give my age away now that Georgina has sorted out my eyebrows so beautifully. Cannot recommend Serenity highly enough!

I had this treatment yesterday. My skin looks fantastic! Very pleased with the results.

It's always difficult to find a good hairdressers. But I've finally found one I'm happy with. After only visiting twice both times Vikki has done a great job and the girl who washed my hair does a great head massage . The staff all have a smile on their face and the Salon is always clean. I will be returning again in 8 weeks time. Keep up the good work girls and you make a fab cup of coffee. X

Very pleased with my hair, use the same lady every time as friendly and relaxing. Also takes time to make sure the colour combinations are right when going for a different look. Highlights are done well covering evenly. Low lights to take back to more natural colour also done very well...wouldn't tell my hair was bright blonde before!

I made the appointment only a few hours before my visit.
Ashleigh was my stylist and she also did my eyebrows. I think Chloe washed my hair ands head massage. Both were very pleasant and chatty. It was a very nice experience and having my hair cut has definitely given me a boost. I will definitely use Serenity again.

I came to have my haircut at your salon today. It was my first visit to you.
I have to say I love my hair cut!???? i have gone from long to short which was very scary.
Michael was extremely honest as to whether the style would suit me or not which is always good.
I would definitely recommend.
I may even go shorter next time.

Third time I've had my hair done here and I can't fault it; each time I've walked out with my hair exactly how I want it. You can tell every member of staff here really cares about their clients and they do not rush anything. Thank you to Alyson for doing an amazing job :D

I visited the salon on 25/05/17 to have a colour done having had a skin test and consultation with a lovely young lady who is a graduate stylist. All went well to start with, this young lady appears confident and professional an instills confidence in customers. However, on no occasion was she supervised, until disaster struck, my hair turned out red, rather than blonde. Apparently the tint took a strong hold. This lovely young woman was pretty much left to deal with this disaster on her own. She called over a member of staff, who could have been her manager, I couldn't see and there were whispers at the sink as they examined my hair. It was only when I was brought back to the seat, when the young stylist was about to take the towel off that she explained there was a problem and as the towel was removed, I was horrified to see that my hair was red. After the initial shock and the realisation that this young stylist was upset herself, I encouraged her to carry on with the cut and she pointed out that it may not be as red after it was dried. When dried the roots were red, then blonde to the tips and the hair underneath was also red, with some splashes of red throughout my blonde hair. I wasn't happy but remained calm as I knew she was a little distressed. She explained that they couldn't do anything at the moment because it would damage my hair. If I came back after a holiday I had booked the following week, they would try to rectify it, but she couldn't guarantee I wouldn't have to pay for it to be rectified. I asked that she talked to her manager, who as it turned out was dealing with a client only a few yards from my seat and had done nothing, absolutely nothing to support her graduate, or to reassure me, the customer, that this would be sorted. When she approached her manager, said manager brought her out the back, out of earshot, where they discussed the situation. The graduate came back with the proposal that they give me 10% discount off the colour and the tint and I would come back after my ho
