I have had to cut my hair short due to it falling out as a side effect of medication. There were tears, there were smiles and I'm genuinely amazed at first of all how amazing my hair looks and secondly the incredible kindness shown to me by Anita (I think that was her name?) she washed my hair and I started to cry and she moved me to the back of the salon so I could be away from others, she cut it beautifully and was so genuinely understanding that she now feels like a friend. Thank you so much, I couldn't have asked for more.
