I had spoken to ***** about not being happy with my previous colour as it had gone quite brassy.. She was booked up before my holiday so recommended ***** to rectify this. She assured me she would consult with her. ***** used smart bond and a toner and didn't tell me how much it would be. I nearly fell over when heard total amount was £180. I have ended up loosing all the other highlights and now have a block sandy blonde. Despite saying I wanted Ash tones and my natural colour brown running through. Very disappointed. I was there for hours and I was surprised the toner didn't lift as ***** assured me they would be no yellow tones. I said I wasn't happy at the end but was just told it would need another go. I preferred it before I spent the whole day there! Disappointing.
