As a new client I was please to get an appointment not long after they opened on 14th July. On arrival everything was very well organised, professional and welcoming. As a retail assistant all through Lockdown I've become a social distancing pro and I can't fault anything. As informed on the phone when making an appointment I recieved a bag of PPE on arrival which I happily donned and sat a suitable distance away from other clients. The salon had everything you would expect, screens, handgel, masks, and colleagues were constantly cleaning between and after clients. I explained what I wanted and Lia did exactly that. The hair wash and complimentary scalp massage was heavenly, thank you. Lia also somehow managed to blow dry my unruly fluffy hair into a very tame bouncy style which has proven to be more difficult for other salons. I was given advice on a suitable tint to return my hair to its natural colour minus the grey and received a patch test. I made an appointment for the Sunday and returned. This visit was the same in set up and I was pleased with my resultant colour and blowdry by Lia once again.
I would not hesitate to return or recommend this salon to others. Was a little more expensive than my previous salon but that would be more only reason to mark 4 out of 5 stars.
