As a colourist Sophie has achieved her Redken Colour Certification which means she has worked hard to pass all Redken's practical & written colour course exams in order to gain her accreditation. This achievement is therefore reflected in her prices. She has to maintain the standards by going on update courses in London. I do hope this has helped explain why her prices are as they are. It’s always a lovely experience when I visit the salon from the minute I walk through the door and I’m greeted at the desk by any of the team members. I have been visiting this salon for around 5 years. The staff are extremely well trained, both in terms of their technical and their interpersonal performance. Claire Davies runs a tight ship, with kindness, and a keen eye for detail in terms of salon hygiene, facilities, and aesthetics. Excellence of customer experience seems to be a key value the salon works to. I have had my hair cut and blow dried by multiple staff members, from Claire herself, to the most junior members of the team. I always come away feeling (and looking!), younger, happier, and that I've had a personalised approach, and an enjoyable interaction and connection with the stylist I have seen that day. Today it was Meg, who was fun, thoughtful and a pleasure to spend time with. She also gave me a great quality haircut. Thank you to Claire and her team for consistent excellence of service and the delightful way in which it is delivered!

Really enjoy coming here. The welcome is great. Sophie listens carefully and always comes up with a solution for my hair. My hair always looks amazing when I leave. The cuts I have are always easy to care for afterwards which is important to me. I was always in dread of hairdressers before I came here but I am always made to feel special and welcome. It’s a great team and thanks for making visits to the hairdressers enjoyable.

You get a high level of customer service from this salon. The consultation Meg had with me before tinting my hair was excellent . She worked seamlessly to provide the best tint, treatment and blow dry that suited my hair type even Introducing me to curling my hair with straighteners. I was very I impressed with the lovely atmosphere in the saloon and the service Meg and the team gave me .
