Claire Davies Hairdressing

I have been visiting this salon for around 5 years. The staff are extremely well trained, both in terms of their technical and their interpersonal performance. Claire Davies runs a tight ship, with kindness, and a keen eye for detail in terms of salon hygiene, facilities, and aesthetics. Excellence of customer experience seems to be a key value the salon works to. I have had my hair cut and blow dried by multiple staff members, from Claire herself, to the most junior members of the team. I always come away feeling (and looking!), younger, happier, and that I've had a personalised approach, and an enjoyable interaction and connection with the stylist I have seen that day. Today it was Meg, who was fun, thoughtful and a pleasure to spend time with. She also gave me a great quality haircut. Thank you to Claire and her team for consistent excellence of service and the delightful way in which it is delivered!
