Hair appointment fine ,but on pre booking another one I find the one I already made for 10 March on 31 December has been cancelled without me being informed
( I have it printed on my bill) Now I have to wait for my full head of foils to be done until 24 March as I have already got another engagement on 18th March ( the date ***** gave me today) How can an appointment get list off your computer?
Hi Linda, Kirsty has informed me of your unfortunate appointment issue. If Kirsty is unable to do your hair when you requested please do not hesitate to book with any of our other stylists instead. We have just started using our phones to book appointments as an option & it appears yours got moved accidentally. I can only apologize & assure you that now the team are aware this can happen we are being more vigilant moving forward.
Update : Linda sorry but our software supplier has now informed us after investigation deeper that one of the stylists account had been affected. This was totally beyond our control & has now been rectified.
