I visited the salon today and was booked in with Charleigh, she was friendly and informative and I showed her a picture and she achieved the goal I was looking for. Highly recommend this salon everyone is so friendly and happy to help

I always have a relaxing experience with Aysha, she listens and advises on what’s best for my hair, and a great hairstyle is always guaranteed.
All the staff are very professional.

A professional experience with full consultation and advice throughout. It is always a relaxing and stress free time with Cey and she gives excellent customer service to support top dollar haircut and colour.

Sam & Cey are always wonderful, both genuinely lovely people and so talented. They make me feel super comfortable whenever I do go into the salon, and always walk out with exactly what I asked for. Can’t thank them enough! ☺️

Cey goes above and beyond in giving the style I’m looking for, even tho I don’t know myself half the time. Plus she is the nicest of people and always helpful and cheerful.
That goes a long way with someone like me who doesn’t like going to the hairdressers!!!

I had my hair highlighted by the apprentice Lainie. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions then delivered. Excellent customer service and end result. Well done and thank you Lainie.

Aysha has the right attitude and the wish to treat their customers right.she always shows me colour chart and sit with me to discuss what I want and how can I get it.
The senior stylist there named dint feel to need to have a discussion with me on my first visit which surprised me but then I kept visiting due to aysha services
I also find another stylist unasked opinion and remarks quite disrespectful that too towards your clients.he was unprofessional the way he treated me ,one needs to have some kind of rapport if you wishes to comment but he never even greeted me and passed distasteful remarks.

My salon experience was extremely good as always. Sally cut my hair exactly how I like it and the end result was perfect. I just know that I can leave my hair in her hands even without discussing what I want and she would give me a style that would suit me and that’s easy to manage. Thank you Sally.

I don’t usually go to a salon as I’m a bit anxious but I was made to feel relaxed and my haircut was lovely.

My first time coming here after my sister and mum both recommended having came multiple times. An outstanding service , all staff were friendly and very welcoming and helpful. As the customer I felt very well looked after and cared for , unlike any other experience I’ve had before. The haircut itself looks amazing even if I was difficult and had no idea what I actually wanted and probably contradicted myself 1000 times , the result was amazing and I’m very pleased with it. Çeylan was amazing as well, made me feel very comfortable as I get very anxious pre haircut and I loved how she kept checking in regularly to make sure if I was happy with what she was doing or if I wanted anything. Will absolutely come back in the future :)

I've not been into a salon to have my hair done in years, I generally find them really intimidating so was really nervous going in..
Sam was lovely! We discussed my needs and she gave me options. She made me feel relaxed and confident. I LOVE the colour she has done for me.

Aysha did a fabulous job cutting my hair and she did as i told her , she took her time and put in a lot of effort . She was super kind and friendly and she is the best stylist I've ever had, she gave me the best experience and she was really gentle . Im looking forward to seeing her again cause she's truly the best !

I was recommended to see Aysha at Ministry of Hair, and I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else now. She has given me the most amazing cut and blow dry. Her talent and professionalism is spot on and I could not recommend her enough.
