Ridiculously overpriced for very a standard result. I've been a fairly regular customer for 4 years and everytime you get more and more expensive. As an ex hairdresser I know the value of materials, skillset and time, none of which warrant the extremely high bill I faced on my last visit (50% increase from last time) I will not be returning anymore.

I'm really sorry that you did'nt have a positive experience at our salon and you think we are overpriced. Our price structure reflects the educational level of our stylists and technicians which is determined by training and practical experience. In our defence the price of an Art Director has only increased by £1.00 and that was in 2017 and the last time you had a colour was also in 2017. The last haircut you had you received the promotional 25% discount which would explain why you feel the price has been increased.
You mentioned that you were the only client wearing a mask. We have followed the Government Guidelines.
The Government has announced that memebers of the public must wear face coverings in shops and supermarkets from the 24th July in England.
Government officials have confirmed that face coverings do not need to be worn by the public in Beauty Salons, Hairdressers or other close contact services. These settings already have extensive protective measures in place including handwashing, screens, visors and social distancing. Clients may wear face coverings if they wish. Workers MUST wear visors but can wear face coverings as well (not instead)

I do apologise again if you felt that you were given a standard overpriced service by my staff but I can only go by the reviews I receive from the clients and 99% of them feel that the salon operates at a very high standard.
