We are sorry that the bathroom was not in tip-top shape on this occasion. It’s something we will be aware of in future . Unfortunately on this occasion you uses the bathroom after a toddler had been in there. They had not flushed and no one had checked after . We will ensure to the best of our ability that it doesn’t happen again .
