Westwood is best hairdressers. I'm always pleased with results. All staff always polite and give a high level of service.

Booked a free consultation for a perm. Walked and in got the stare, stood at an empty reception desk for a few minutes until someone shouted for attendance at the desk. Taken upstairs and ignored for 20 minutes. Stylist arrived and did apologise for keeping me waiting. Took a sample of my hair to test for perming and said she would call. Over a week later and after me leaving two telephone messages she has not contacted me. A very sad and unhappy experience for me,

Always use Westwood and am always happy. Relaxing atmosphere and relaxing hair wash and hair cut. Friendly staff.

Good cut in a very relaxed atmosphere

I have been getting my hair cut at Westwood Hairdressing since I moved to Chelmsford and I cannot see that changing any time soon! Victoria is fantastic. She listens to her clients, gives great advice and delivers the best haircuts. Her head massages are out of this world! Highly recommend this salon. All of the staff seem to know how to make their clients hair look fabulous!

I’ve been coming to Westwood for more than 10 years now. Today’s visit was with Chantelle and Nikki for a full head of Hi-lights, cut and blowdry. You can’t fault any of the staff here for friendliness and making sure you’re comfortable and happy with the result before you leave. I love the backwash massage chairs and head massage. I’ve never left the salon unhappy with my hair and I trust their judgement completely and I think it shows with the variety of ages who visit the salon that the Westwood staff are good at what they do. As I returned to my car today I was complimented by a much younger woman on my hair and I think that speaks for itself.

went to Westwood a little apprehensive about cutting my Bob length hair, but I had no need to worry, the lovely girl who cut it put me straight at ease, she explained every part of the style I was having, I absolutely loved my hair when she'd finished, I had a very short cut and I am thrilled with it, she was fabulous...

I’ve only been to one hairdresser for the last 5 years, but I was able to be fit in last minute with Lucy, and she did such a gorgeous cut and finish with a conditioning treatment for me!!

What an amazing hair saloon. I can not fault the staff at all. So friendly and accommodating. All the stylist have great experience and knowledge of all the products. I have been going here for almost 10’years and love the whole experience. Vicky does a spectacular job with my hair. I just let her make all the decisions and she does a grand job.

Lucy as always did a fantastic job of cutting my hair. As it was very long I wanted some of weight taking out whilst also keeping some length. Lucy happily advised and I love the result! I also had a lovely head massage whilst in the massage chair during my hair wash by one of Lucy’s colleagues which was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

I loved my experience with Westwood, they are so welcoming and bubbly.
The service I got was excellent, why I was having my hair washed I got offered to have a back massage from the chair and also had a head massage that was lovely and relaxing.
I suffer with alopecia and they took extra care with my hair. I wouldn't go to any other salon now I've gone there. Highly recommend

I was little nervous going there after a long time but Danielle was really friendly and did a good job . I requested her for a soft Bob and her style of working was very professional and friendly at the same time .
I would definitely like to get my next haircut from Westwood .

My hair always feels wonderful after a visit to Jade. On this visit I had a trim to sharpen up the ends and had an Aveda treatment applied which leaves my hair soft and smooth. However testing my week has been, I always leave the salon restored and relaxed and feeling much better about myself. Nothing is too much trouble and I am always delighted with the result.

As always so pleased with my experience at Westwoods, it feels like a treat every time I go.
