Really enjoyed having my hair cut at last ..I had an extra treat to ... a massage while my stylist “ Sarah” washed my hair . The new salon looks great & I was made to feel safe whilst visiting the the salon , the level of hygiene was very good . Looking forward to next time already .

I came in with totally flat, lifeless hair without shape. It was also too ashy in colour which was making it look slightly green. I had a chat with Danny about my lifestyle and how much time I had. Danny listened carefully to me and then made some suggestions about what I could do to lift it and reshape - he took into account my face shape and that I still wanted to be able to do quick styles in the morning and get it out of my face if need be. He used a shampoo which brightened the colour and the cut is incredible. He taught me how to style it and look after it. I asked questions along the way and it was clear he absolutely loves what he does. This young man is extremely talented. I didn't realise your hair could make you feel so crappy If it’s not cut, coloured and styled correctly. But I now feel like a new person. What a super star he is. Thanks Danny!

So after moving to the area & trying another chain salon I had come to the conclusion that I was never going to have my dream hair, I then decided to go to Toni & Guy (which I should have stuck to my guns & gone to in the first place-lesson learnt!) Danielle saw me straight away & had me booked in asap after a detailed & honest consultation.
At my appointment Danielle went through everything again with me, explaining in easy terminology what the process would be of getting my hair to where I would like it to be in terms of getting back my ash blonde colour & with realistic timescales.. I felt completely at ease with her from the word go & was happy to take her expertise & knowledge to make sure I got what I was looking for & honestly all I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.. I am so in love with my hair & we’re only at the beginning of the process, you’ve been like my fairy godmother, swooped in & made all my hair wishes come true!!
