I was disappointed with my visit today not because of my hair I was more than pleased with that and the student was lovely. It took a long time to get started,as they kept disappearing and then coming back and then disappearing again. I arrived at 10.55 and left gone 15.00. I am aware that they tell you to allow 3 hours, but time could have been cut down had they have not wasted time! It was my day off

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, as you can understand our students are still training and in training sessions the teacher goes round to every student so this does take extra time but this is stated in the model release form that you sign at the beginning, we are glad you loved your hair! we look forward to seeing you again soon.
