So after moving to the area & trying another chain salon I had come to the conclusion that I was never going to have my dream hair, I then decided to go to Toni & Guy (which I should have stuck to my guns & gone to in the first place-lesson learnt!) Danielle saw me straight away & had me booked in asap after a detailed & honest consultation.
At my appointment Danielle went through everything again with me, explaining in easy terminology what the process would be of getting my hair to where I would like it to be in terms of getting back my ash blonde colour & with realistic timescales.. I felt completely at ease with her from the word go & was happy to take her expertise & knowledge to make sure I got what I was looking for & honestly all I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.. I am so in love with my hair & we’re only at the beginning of the process, you’ve been like my fairy godmother, swooped in & made all my hair wishes come true!! So looking forward to seeing the end result & will always continue to use Danielle @ Toni & Guy Colchester
