I had a really good haircut as usual from Natalie.
My one negative with this salon at the moment is whenever I call I am left on hold for at least 2-3 minutes before anyone answers. This aspect doesn't feel like very good service & paying my mobile phone bill to listen to marketing messages is really annoying.
Other places are able to answer the phone - I really dont understand why Toni & Guy can't.
