Disappointed with my experience today. My appointment was at 12 and I didn’t get called until 12:10 I was booked for. 30 min massage but was because they were running late they cut my treatment down. This was a birthday present from my son. So it’s disappointing for him and me. I wasn’t offered water or tea after and was left at the till and not meet by my therapist.

I had a 45 min hot stone massage and it felt amazing, getting rid of knots and totally relaxing me. I would definitely recommend this treatment.

Today I had my second deep tissue massage with Nikki, and once again I wasn’t disappointed. Nikki is very knowledgeable and talented when it comes to her specialised field of deep tissue massage and always puts me at ease. Nikki always asks specific lifestyle questions in order to make sure she is targeting the right places so that you benefit fully from the treatment. After the massage you do some stretching aswell which really helps and Nikki also showed me some specialised stretches to help my problem areas. If you want a proper good deep tissue massage, Nikki is the one! It may be uncomfortable but it’s so worth it in the long term.

I’ve been a regular client with the Lakeside branch for over a year now for various other treatments and I haven’t been disappointed once. All the therapists are lovely and friendly and the salon atmosphere is always so relaxing.

The service was impeccable. Have recommended you to others and will definitely use the spa again.

My experience today was amazing. I did enjoy myself and was soo relaxed. I had an eye treatment and it felt so refreshing. I really do advice this for everyone. The lady was taking good care of me.

I visited the spa today for an aromatherapy massage and I was so pleased with the great service and the outcome of my treatment. I felt very relaxed and welcome from the minute I walked in the spa all the therapists were lovely and made me feel comfortable! The staff was really nice from the beginning, they even gave me directions, because I was the first time in Lakeside! The lady that did massage for me was wonderfull ( do not remember her name). She was dedicated 100%. After the whole relax she even advise me some creams for my skin...Thank you very much...you were amazing!!!

The session was very relaxing and highly professional. Thoroughly enjoyed being pampered.
Only thing is I broke up with hives the next day. Reaction possibly from the ingredients in the facial experience.

Yesterday I experienced a ‘cloud 9’ back, shoulder, head massage and facial. From start to finish it was an extremely relaxing experience.

I had sone waxing and a back neck and shoulder massage with hot stones as usual wiith Francesca. Absolutely wonderful. I suffer from scoliosis of the spine and sciatica and the massages bring so much relief. I can't recommend this treatment enough. They compliment my Osteopathic treatment very well. Waxing is comfortable, upper lip and eyebrows. A fully effective and professional serice from start to finish. Have been using this service since it was rhe Dove Spa, Luminis has carried on the quality and range of treatments with qualified and inforrmed therapists.
