Disappointed with my experience today. My appointment was at 12 and I didn’t get called until 12:10 I was booked for. 30 min massage but was because they were running late they cut my treatment down. This was a birthday present from my son. So it’s disappointing for him and me. I wasn’t offered water or tea after and was left at the till and not meet by my therapist.
Vicki I am sorry to hear your treatment was cut short and you was not offered water at the end this is not the normal way we treat guests and I will be speaking to the therapist concerned.
