Awful. Rude hairdresser who did not listen. Asked for a Bob, she cut it way too short. Uneven. Refused to let me see the back with a mirror when I asked. It was just this one staff whose name I don't know but sounded South African. Extremely rude attitude and unhelpful.Someone else had to try to fix it but damage was done. They still asked for full price. AVOID
