A very lovely friendly person, giving great advice on my hair

100% consistent stylist, she's got psychic skills and magic pots of colour and toner.

But, the shop, even if I was a supercuts customer it's clear that the company doesn't value it staff never mind guests. Russian roulette with the taps hot or cold, fine for me, I'm under for a few mins but washing people's hair all day isn't fair. The heating is weird too, i was freezimg today. Nasty towels (not towles) like kitchen roll, god knows what gowns are made of these days, do nothing to keep anything off. Broken stuff, it's drab, clearly.cluttered as you've got two shops in one, staff are falling over each other. When are Regis going back to their own shop and while you're moving out, fix the place up and show some love to supercuts and the staff. It's really miserable in their, don't rely on fabulous staff to keep people coming back, invest in them and where they work. At least get the taps sorted.

Pan is such a comfort love her. She really listens to her clients and makes them feel at ease and also delivers a great haircut

Always a pleasure to be served by Bethany! She's incredibly knowledgable about everything she does and always shares something new and interesting she's learned about colour/styling. I feel safe knowing my hair will turn out wonderful when I leave the salon which is something I could have never said before about any hair stylist I've visited at other places. She's always cheery and sweet whenever I've been in. Great service all around!

Liked the haircut. Hold a blue light card but when I went to pay was told as she is a Regiss stylist she could only change my payment and I couldn't have my discount as well!!! I have therefore been charged more than my usual and no discount for being a hospital worker.

My appointment was on the Saturday of the salon move. Both salons should have been closed for this process. The staff were divided and not helping one another. Plus, there were not enough basins to the amount of customers. One was out of order and the middle one kept moving up and down. The taps ran really hot then really cold. Was not a nice environment to be in. The stylist has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and she’s a star and got on with it.

Always giving her best service. I never have to tell her what to do and she always has the best advice. Lovely and friendly.

Bethany completely changed my hair today - really wanted a change up before the new year and I’m in love with my new hair. It’s been a rough few months for me so the change up was definitely needed and this has made me feel so much better. Friendly and professional throughout and advised what would suit my hair best. In all my experience was not the worst I have ever had but customer service really does need work . I felt like an inconvenience every time I asked a question . Stylist was lovely and gave a good hair wash just had a wet back with no offer of drying off with a dryer .
