Stylist did a very good job of styling my hair, However she upset me by asking if I had grandchildren at the end of the appointment. I felt it was inappropriate and showed that she had not been listening to me as I had been talking about my children who are aged 8 and 10. It was Insulting me by implying I am older than I am as well as showing that she had not listened to a word I had said throughout. I am writing this as I feel she should learn from this and not upset any other people in this way,

On arrival I told the stylist I wanted a blow dry with waves. This was an experienced stylist so I felt in safe hands. My hair was washed very well with a nice massage too. I was told there was a new range of products out and would I like to try them. I said yes, sure.
My hair was blow dried with 3/4 various products used. This took a little longer than normal but I didn’t mind. After the waves was added i felt happy with my hair although it wasn’t how my hair normally looked after waves are added. I left happy. Unfortunately after a couple hours my hair completely dropped leaving one side almost straight and the other flat. My hair also felt full of product. I was very, disappointed. As I was hoping not only would my hair look great for that evening, but all the next day too.
Never experienced that before so I can only assume it was the products perhaps. Wouldn’t have another blow dry at hobs again.

As a first time client, I was really impressed with Natasha. We had an initial discussion about my hair, which was really comprehensive, then moved onto the best options in terms of style and manageability.
