Bespoke Colour House

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Keira for fixing my hair after another salon absolutely destroyed it yesterday. Keira responded to my message on Facebook straight away yesterday and came into bespoke early this morning to make sure she could accommodate me. Everyone in the salon made me feel so comfortable and were really friendly. I was understandably upset by my experience yesterday, I was anxious and hadn’t slept but Keira made me feel so at ease, she listened to me and took the time to talk me through each stage of the process!! Not only did she fix the terrible colour job from the other salon, she treated my hair, offered advice on how to help the condition of my hair and cut my hair to make it more manageable. I’m so thankful for Keira today, I don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been so accommodating. I’ve come away from the salon feeling so much better and a lot less anxious than I did this morning!! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and will defo be recommending to all of my friends and family!! Thank you again x
