Dropped in as my daughter Rebecca didn't want to grow her fringe out any more, she's 7. When we told her she needed to take her bunches out Becca burst into tears. Chloe was lovely and helped settle Becca and made her feel so special. Chloe asked Beccas opinion and explained everything throughout the cut. Becca left with the biggest smile ever
