I thought the salon is now too crowded and not as enjoyable experience as pre Covid changes. Romma is still great. Also now becoming pricey for a gents haircut ( now almost double in price )

Hey. Thank you for your honest feedback. We always appreciate the chance to improve and will take your points on board. Also please allow me to address them in the meantime.

We do take COVID precautions extremely seriously and we are happy to share our full risk assessment with clients. We ensure all clients are at least 1.5m away from each other whilst in the chair with additional protective screening. All salons are extremely busy right now due to the whole country needing their hair done, but we only allow as many people in the salon as our risk assessment and government guidelines allow.

With pricing, we very carefully calculate and consider the balance between what makes us doing the service worthwhile, and giving value to our clients. I appreciate we can't charge barber prices but we must value our stylists time and expertise correctly. I'm sure we can both agree that they are fantastic at what they do ?
