I came in for cut and colour or highlights was advised to have roots only done but back of head is very much darker. ***** had 2 clients at same time therefore Beck blow dried my hair and wasted time as ***** was attending other client.I paid for a stylist for full treatment not part of it
Hi Michelle. I'm really sorry to hear that. We do use apprentices to blowdry if absolutely necessary, say if we're running late but you're right. We must always where possible aim for this not to be the case.
