Unfortunately during my last visit I had a less than ideal experience at Bespoke, you may see from my records, I come for my hair at least once a month and been a regular and loyal customer for over a year. I have bought my daughter as well few times because of my trust in the place and always had positive experience with Chloe who usually does my hair .I normally pay £32 for cut and blow dry but today I was told to pay £8 extra for my long hair at the till. I feel I should have been informed before hand or when I had booked the appointment about the extra charge for long hair. The numerous times I had been to the salon the length of the hair was never mentioned , I don’t mind paying the amount but I would have liked better communication and not getting an unpleasant surprise at the till. I stay in Duloch,I prefer to come to your place because of the general vibe and your standard of work and friendliness of staff, like Chloe, but today it was a bit of let down. I normally not one to write any negative review but I just want to convey how I felt today.

The additional £8 was for a treatment you had on the day however this does not take away from the fact that our communication could have been better on our part.
