Five star service, as usual, from my very own Katiya, and an excellent opportunity to catch up with my baby.
What a pleasure it is to be able to come into the saloon without wearing a face mask too.
Hopefully we will all be back to "normal" very soon indeed.

Best hair cut I’ve ever had

Lynsey is amazing - she colours and styles my hair beautifully. She takes the time to give me advice on my haircare thank you !

On arrival at the salon Simone asked what I would like to do and we discussed options. I explained I wanted to be less blond but to retain some blond with a good base colour/ not really a clear direction but Simone was able to decipher the request and produced a stirling job. The end result was on a par with colours and cuts I have paid a fortune for in Birmingham, Edinburgh and Nice. Simone is a true professional we are lucky to have her in Duloch.

Today I had a great experience with Katiya. She did a fantastic job with my hair which is thick and curly. She is always very kind and considerate when chatting. Thanks so much xx

Although the sharp price rises in hairdressing have been concerning, and have reduced the number of visits id normally have, Inovate's prices were a bit more reasonable. Would be a bit more relaxed in this hairdressers if there were the usual neck rests on the sinks, think this is more than just a comfort thing, as i read an article years ago that it was a health issue for your neck. But overall i enjoyed the chilled atmosphere, and Simone did a great job.

Love the colour but not impressed having a 17 year old styling my hair it wasn’t finished right and had a bump at the back that I had to straighten out when I got home. Especially when you pay £130 Kerry you did a great job with my colour but would’ve loved to have you finish it off

I'm open to experimenting with hair colour and once I've given Wendy my ideas, she suggests options. I've always trusted her judgement and she's never failed in her fabulous creations!

My crowning glory is restored again thanks to Kerry's expert skills and attention to detail.

Wendy is very accurate when applying my root tint so I don’t get dye everywhere. She’s really good at blowdrying fine hair to create volume. Love getting wellaplex with my colour to protect the hair. But best of all is the Liquid Hair treatment which not only conditions the hair, gives it shine but makes it feel amazing. I get Liquid hair every month to keep my hair in good shape.

Sometimes when you go to the same hairdressers for years you can get stuck in a rut. You become a loyal customer to the same hairdresser and you always go back and get the same thing. I have been going to Innovate for a number of years and one of the reasons I return is that they very much live up to the salon name. Every time I go I am treated as a returning friend, however my hair is always given a new opportunity for change. My hair was been long, short, blond, brown, red and everything in between, rarely a radical change but always on a new journey.

I will keep going back to Lynsay and the team at Innovate, a more friendly, professional, creative and genuinely nice group of people to spend a little bit of time with you could not wish to meet.

Lynsey is amazing — she has expertise and patience. I always leave the Salon looking and feeling great. Colour looking amazing, hair in great condition and that extra time taken today in curling my hair - thank you ! I am a busy, mum of two and work full time the time in the salon is great “me” time and you help so much with me feeling great and I really appreciate it Lynsey - cannot recommend her highly enough :-)

Relatively new here but already loving it - been twice so far - Kerry is a great colourist and today I had two people straightening my hair to ensure I could. Leave on time to catch a train - great service

Good experience

After a hard week lynsey helped me feel myself again.
Being sat down for 5 hours should be boring and tedious but everyone in the salon is so friendly and nice, it goes by so fast.
Every time Lysney comes up with something different and amazing, I always leave happy

Just in to get a gents cut in short notice. Appreciate the flexibility on that. Katie done a great job and was a good communicator, as well as charming and delightful. Will be back in 6 weeks to get my greys coloured and maybe a blonde hint. Cheers Katie.

Wendy is an excellent hair stylist. She’s been doing my hair for over 11 years now. She makes sure you are happy with everything, colour and cut, before you leave the salon. Loads of experience and trains regularly for new styles. Definitely top of her game.

Another great colour and cut. So impressed with Simone, consistently good and can be relied upon to do a great job. An accomplished professional.
