A year into her employment as trainee stylist. Lucy was excellent. She completed the full journey. Was and blow dry. Tea. Then experimented with curling my hair and putting it up. Lovely job indeed. Made more appointments with her. All other staff were welcoming and friendly. Nice first time visit for me... Great not to hsve loud music on... Light background music low emough to have a conversation without shouting. Thanks a million
