Wasn’t told the gentleman’s name when he sat me at the section,(found it out from Facebook)wasn’t offered a drink..showed him a picture of the style I wanted said it couldn’t have been done like that but I have had it done like that before somewhere else,not much conversation.. over all poor customer service. May have over 30 years experience but needs modernized with training.
