I was booked in for a blow dry, unfortunately Natalie had called in sick so I got a call to re arrange my appointment. It was Nicola who had called me to reschedule. My appointment was originally booked for 6.15pm. The only time I could do was half 5, Nicola kindly fitted me in. She done my blow dry gorgeous and although she finished her work at 6pm she didn't end up finishing till 6.30pm. She took the time to do my hair and wasn't rushing it and she was still smiling at the end of her shift. Thank you Nicola x
