The salon was recommended to me by a friend and I’m really pleased she did. Karen did a great job and I’m really pleased with my cut. My only criticism is my appointment was at 3 pm but I wasn’t taken until 3.20 pm. I didn’t mind waiting (there were plenty mags to read) but no one explained why or how long I would be waiting and I wasn’t offered a tea or coffee.
Hi Donna, I'm sorry you were kept waiting and no one explained to you that Karyn was running late. You should have been offered a refreshment while waiting, I do apologise for this. I'm really glad that the rest of you experience in the salon was great. We hope to see you again. Regards Sara x
