Unfortunately this wasn't my best experience today... and I've been a client for many years.
I was basically squeezed into a make shift corner today as was no room for me (I understand thing's are difficult with current situation) but this was a pre arranged appointment so should of known numbers that were going to be in salon.
Also noticed that everyone else around me had drinks from the salon. Yet I was offered nothing... probably due to the frantically trying to find space for me!
The whole experience felt rushed for me today. Which was disappointing as given certain personal thing's I've been through recently I was really looking forward to a bit of pampering and relaxing. But on this occasion was not the case. Feel really disappointed and did not leave feeling how I normally would.
