I picked this salon at random whilst visiting Cheltenham and I recieved an excellent and really lovely helpful staff.
Always a great experience, had a wonderful head massage as well which was really lovely & a great extra! Cut & colour with Adrian excellent as always, will keep recommending him to all my friends.

I had my haircut on the morning of the 30th September with Neil and he cut my hair just how I wanted it and I love the length it is now.

You go in to a warm friendly welcome, there's a choice of drinks and a happy atmosphere and then you leave with a lovely hairdo that is always complimented on. Carla's colours are brilliant. I highly recommend this salon.
My hair is long and fair. When I arrived, it was doubly damaged from a year under the sun in the Dubai desert and a particularly unsympathetic cut six months ago. Neil spoke with me first about what I wanted to be done - tidied up, trimmed, layers less severely stepped. He took a look and recommended a particular product to be applied in the shampoo stage. This felt like a welcomed spa treatment; longer and more warming than previous shampoos and conditionings. He then took great care to keep the length but soften and shape my hair. Conversation flowed and he asked how I would like it finished; blow-dried and straightened, please. Once finished, my hair was in a much healthier state, lighter and less of a liability better to be tied back. I looked and felt much better than I had 90 minutes earlier. I am someone who doesn't love getting her hair cut, but I was put at ease throughout by Neil, who clearly knows how to listen to his customers' wants, while also regailing them with interes

Ade has been my stylist for 16years. That says a lot in itself! I trust him, he never fails to work wonders with my hair plus each visit has the added bonus of charming, fun, sincere and honest company with a bit if relaxation time too. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit to this salon today to have my hair cut and coloured by Adrian who done a first class job on my hair by explaining every step of the way what he was doing and did I agree.He was very professional also the other staff were very friendly,also nothing was to much trouble.Salon very clean and the price was excellent,so have made further appointment.

Had my hair cut by Adrian today and very happy with my cut and Adrian was great and I liked the way he talked through how to do my hair and what would look nice.
I found the salon very nice and Adrian was very friendly unlike some salons I have gone too and they sometimes say two words to you.
I will definitely be back.
