It's such treat just to go and get a haircut (even just a fringe cut!) in a lovely atmospheric hairdressers.
I'm local to the area and use any of the girls as its hard to choose!!

Penny is an excellent, knowledgeable & likeable hair stylist, who I have known for many years. I came to know her business when I literally lived 100 yards away, but I have since moved to Leeds and as yet have not found anyone to match her style & cuts
I still get her to cut my hair when I am either visiting my children, who still live on Gloucester, or when I am on the way to watch Bath Rugby, ok you Glawster fans might not like that!?
All I can say to Penny is thanks, and you she should be proud of the business she has and her team around her.
She always delivers a good cut, listens to what I think I need and more importantly delivers the cut that I need and still get me asked my age.....lmao!

I was really impressed. Having only been to larger, 'flashier' salons in Cheltenham, I wasn't sure what to expect. My highlights were great, the cut just perfect. Daisy who did it was really nice and helpful.

I took my 12-year-old daughter to have her ears pierced. Therapist was calm, confident and friendly. She explained things clearly and was very reassuring.

Always get a decent gents cut when i go to Pleroma. The girls are also always chatty and friendly. Can definitely recommend.
First time visiting this salon today. I have walked out with a beautiful colour (full head highlights) and a perfect cut. Considering they have never done my hair before they have got it spot on with my vague and brief description. My hairdresser (Kim) was really efficient and professional throughout. Products used have left my hair feeling great. The salon itself was a nice relaxed environment. I don't have a bad word to say and would happily go back.
I was a few minutes late due to traffic so all a rush. Disappointing there was no flex in timings so I, as customer, lost valuable massage time. As a therapist myself I always allow 15 mins flex to allow for small delays to give client full time. Actual massage was very good but shorter than I expected (I thought I had booked 45 mins -recall requesting 45 mins hot stones as advertised but at time of booking advised they had no hot stones so I asked for 45 mins massage instead but this appeared materialise to just aback, neck and shoulder 30 mins. I am left disappointed at the admin support from this experience and only reassured by therapist who was friendly, apologetic and good at her skill.

This was my first visit to Pleroma. I was looking for a new salon as I have committed to being cruelty-free. I was therefore delighted to find a cruelty-free local salon, using the excellent Kevin Murphy products. However, I also wanted a good experience and excellent hairdresser. I had a full head of highlights, and cut & finish with Daisy. I am delighted with my hair- thanks Daisy- and the staff were all very friendly. I would highly recommend Pleroma and I'm very happy to be returning in the future.
Very good massage. Actively requested feedback related to the massage techniques used in order to tailor my next visit. Felt valued and have already booked another appointment. Booking was easy, with flexible times where feasible, fitting around work and childcare.

Ali as usual was excellent. As I am in a wheelchair Ali is always most helpful in getting my shoes, pop socks etc on and off, which I'm sure she doesn't have to do for able bodied clients, and she always makes me feel so relaxed after a treatment.
