All previous visits had left me totally unprepared for this visit. I thought I’d found a hairdressers I could return to but this time the welcome was distinctly cooler, the normal tea offering was not made and I had to ask for a cup of tea to drink while my colour developed more than once..... the owner of the saloon is normally quite gregarious but failed to even speak to me unless spoken to and failed to check my colour despite the fact the young lady doing my hair is not fully trained...such a shame but I do give loyalty and return when I’ve been happy however I do expect it back....
