Head massage, curly hair knowledge and friendly staff. Only thing that didn't impress me was the use of takeaway cups for tea/coffee (not cool but I will just bring my own reusable one next time.)
Highly recommend for 19-25yr olds due to the discount offered and service.

I’m really delighted with my colour . I was so unhappy with previous colour and colour duration as well as hair condition.
She has turned this around literally in one visit . She has such good knowledge of hair and colour so you immediately feel confident in her skill and just let her get on with it . Colour is really lovely , she understands skin tone and hair colour and makes it all very easy .

I’m so pleased 😃 . I’ve been struggling with my hair for a few years now and I was considering a drastic forced change due to the never ending frizz and mess.
Emma has it back to how I want it. It lies properly with shape and form which means there is minimal fuss with day to day care. Amazing !!
I couldn’t fully verbalise what was wrong or how I wanted it but she seems to know hair and her clients that well that she just “gets it” . All sorted , outstanding skill and client knowledge. Thank you
