Zeno was amazing 10/10. Best hair cut I've had. My hair is thick coarse and curly and not easily managed but he cut and styled it beautifully. Made me feel like I was getting ready for a photoshoot. He's an artist :)

After my initial disappointment with the stylist last week it was a relief to speak to Sara today who gave me advice on how to move forward with the cut I wasn't happy with. She's given me a trim for damage control and booked me in for a complimentary visit with her in 8 weeks. I'll definitely go back to her, she was professional, patient and listened exactly to what I wanted. Thanks Sara.

I've just had my hair cut fist fir the very first and last time at Hob Belsize Park. After explaining that my hair is really fine and I'd like a stylist who is experienced and can listen to what I need I was given a hair cut by a person who didn't listen to anything I said, I showed her a phot of myself with my hair just how I like it - a jaw-length bob with a slight graduation and texture on top for shape. she's scalped me - she's cut it really really short so appears I have no hair at the back and sides, I'm absolutely devastated, I look dreadful. I would not advise anyone to get cut with this stylist at all. Chloe did my colour and did a great job - its a shame I'll never go there again.
