Being nearly 42 I've had many haircuts. From just a trim to a total grade 1. So I know a little bit about it. From the minute you walk in they know who you are, I mean obviously you have an appointment, but they make you feel welcomed. I was seen by Henry who was really friendly. Was sat down and asked how I wanted my hair, then given some advice before being taken off to get it washed. Then back again for the cut. Now, I'm very particular about my hair and always come home thinking it's too long on one side or a bit too short here or there. But after I explained this Henry checked in with me all the while to make sure I was happy. I have to say it felt odd after having had the weight taken off, but I'm really impressed.
