I’m a regular here and always have Abbie as she’s a Fantastic therapist & always professional but friendly.
I visited the salon on a late night Thursday for a facial and back neck & shoulder massage. Both treatments were really relaxing and after a long day at work the massage was just what I needed. I left with my knots suitably worked and my skin positively glowing! Already looking forward to my next appointment:)

I have been a client of Seden's for 7 years now. I have moved 2 hours away now and was gutted to not have Seden cut my hair and tried other hairdressers local to me but none of them come close to the service and cut I get with Seden. I have hair extensions and really thick hair myself so it takes time and skill to blend my hair in well and it's always perfect every time! No one ever knows I have extensions as they look so natural thanks to the cut. But not only that it's the time Seden takes to ensure it's perfect and it never feels rushed like other salons I've been too. I highly recommend!

My children treated me to a full body massage for Mother's Day. My therapist was Deborah who is absolutely fantastic! I have used her before. She takes time to ask appropriate questions regarding stress and injuries and is very skilful and knowledgeable in her craft. I would thoroughly recommend. I enjoyed the treatment immensely and felt so much better for having it. The salon is in a temporary location at the moment and it will be great for the staff and clients when they eventually move to somewhere more suitable.

As always a lovely couple of hours being pampered in this friendly and professional spa. From the moment you walk through the door your personal experience starts as you are welcomed like a friend and nothing is too much for the staff . Thanks to Summer for the treatments today.

If it was not for the staff especially Amy that she knows how to style and colour my hair, always with a big smile with her client, I m not sure I would return... Is now 6 months on the new location but washing hair with 'The kitchen sink view' and pay the price for a full functioning salon...and every time I came back I can't even see a sign of refurbishment!

Seden and staff continue to provide an excellent service despite the temporary, ‘make do’, unprofessional premises. Last week the rooms had inadequate heating too. I expected this to only last a month or two. Clients deserve better conditions for the money they pay

The only reason I keep coming to this place you can’t call it a salon is the staff. I admire their stoicism and having put up with the conditions of work for the last five months. It is totally unacceptable to be charged so much money for hairdos given in these conditions

I have been having my hair done along with getting my beauty treatments in this saloon for many years. The quality of the treatments is excellent .. The staff listen and advise you when appropriate . The environment is spotless . Amy my hairdresser is great at cutting , colouring and blow drying my hair and more importantly she advises and helps me with keeping my hair style up to date and advising on the hair colour. etc.Despite the recent move to their new premises and all the pressures a move brings the staff have remained professional, diligent and focussed on proving a good service to their customers.

My nail technician was fantastic. She spent time on my nails and was friendly and interested in my holiday. My nails look beautiful. Highly recommended

Great massage, really focussed on my problem areas. Checked on pressure several times. Left me feeling very relaxed and de-knotted !

I had my first deep tissue massage today and can honestly say it was such a positive experience! It was so relaxing as soon as I walked in and I was really made at home and not made to rush at any point! The treatment itself was great and really fixed my body, especially as a dancer, I have realised that this will be one of my regular treatments now and it was nice to have someone who listened and met my requirements. I will definitely be booking again, thank you!

I have a really bad shoulder so I think I need another massage to get all my knots out

More than happy with the service received on Thursday evening. The reception staff were all warm and friendly, and I’m more than happy with the hair cut, which was provided by Roxanne.

I came in for a Swedish massage with Summer. I just needed something help me unwind and relax. I left feeling amazing and as if a weight had been lift of my shoulders. I left the temporary spa floating. I'll be rebooting with Summer very soon.

Always great service from all the girls at Luminis. Such a shame they had to leave Virgin but they are onto better things now.

An amazing team who have worked so hard throughout all the upheaval happening at the moment. Fantastic service from the great team on reception, especially Sophie who always goes the extra mile. Amy and Roxanne in the salon who always do an amazing haircut for me and I always leave with a smile on my face.

Really friendly and great. The best haircut I’ve had all year. Exactly as I wanted it not as the stylist thought Id want it. Great. The shampoo and head massage was great aswell.
