Been a customer T&G for years. Always used ***** who is fully aware of my weak fine hair. I have decide not to use bleach on my hair anymore. ***** reassured me that she’ll be careful with my hair.
Walked out of the salon with purple toner on the top of my head which I pointed out. Got told that would wash out.
Missed my xmas party too as my hair turned orange after few washes.
Returned to the salon to have it fixed but I walked out crying and not one of the staff offered to fix the colour of my hair. They were too busy getting ready to go out and doing each other’s hair.
