Olivia is outstanding. She understands my hair. I am nervous about the quality of my hair due to a health condition and she has never made me feel worried or judged or previous salons. Nobody does my hair as Olivia who is simply superb at what she does. She is simply wonderful. That being said I have now been going to Toni and Guy for approx 10 years. One of the things I enjoy about Toni and Guy is the team effort between the colleagues and support. Christmas is particularly busy and it’s nice to see all of the team pull together to help the Christmas rush.
I left yesterday feeling more confident about myself. I am very grateful to Toni and Guy and especially Olivia.
Excellent salon. Worth every penny ?
