Lucy is great, service she gave me was great. I thought the spa was in need of updating and smartened up. In the room was clean just outside in the waiting area may need cleaning and taken more care of.

With regards to our waiting area, unfortunately the time you were visiting we were in the process of giving it a little revamp so it may have looked slightly dusty due to the works and a little bare. However this has now completely changed and we have a beautiful waiting area for our guests to relax in whilst waiting for their treatments.
