This spa for treatments is Too much of a gamble. Had a wonderful facial two weeks ago. Went back to have the same and the lady who did the treatment was late rude and not consistent with the standard one would expect from this salon. Firstly she was sick which was unnerving. She didn’t warm her hands, explain what products she was using or ask for any of my preferences ie pressure or where I wanted the massage (my previous visit I was offered all these courtesies. Her skill was awful she hadn’t cleaned my face of hair so i had hair whilst she was putting on whatever she was applying to my face. She didn’t wash it first before applying what I later found out was the acid. She didn’t apply any lip protection so I ended up having the acid in my mouth. When I explained it she didn’t offer anything to assist. Awful experience I will not be revisiting this salon.
