TONI&GUY Canary Wharf are delighted to announce that through their recent and fabulous refurbishment, this has enabled them to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. The re-vamped salon is one of the very first to take on an exciting new concept in salon design, with the addition of a new retail zone stocking label.m and KÄ—rastase, whilst being able to boast that they are the first TONI&GUY to offer shu uemura Art of Hair Ceremonies.

By visiting TONI&GUY Canary Wharf you place yourself in the hands of true style mavericks; including Carl McCaffrey and Nina Beckert, both of whom have won London Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards in recent years and recently shortlisted for the UK’s Most Wanted look of the Year.

2010 saw TONI&GUY Canary Wharf win the coveted award for ‘Best Franchise Salon’ at the Salon Business Sapphires Awards, for Franchising Intelligence.

Our wide range of haircare products include Moroccan Oil, Mizani and Nioxin. We also offer the following additional services such as Malika and The Art Of Threading.

I have been to many Toni and Guy salons over the last 20 years and this is by far the best. Run administratively well , everyone friendly and do great work Biliana makes light work of my curly hair and all colour technicians excellent - check out John and Emma

Katie has always been the quintessential stylist for me pre-COVID-19 and after 6 months without a haircut, Katie is the person I turn to to give me a new look. The whole experience has been fantastic and the health and safety precautions adopted quickly put me at ease. Katie is very talented, always ready to provide her professional opinion (which I valued as always), artistic and professional. She’s also very friendly and the one hour felt like therapy on its own. What a fantastic feel good afternoon again, everyone is so friendly, professional and attentive. Serena always does an amazing job with my colour and I have consistently been very satisfied over the last 10 years. I get sound professional advice and the result is always exactly as expected. Tomoko then completes the magic with an amazing hair cut and I always leave feeling energised and very happy.

Always flawless colour by Serena. Been going there for 9 years and normally have different shades of blond highlights, but also went through a phase of different brunette shades and she always makes the colour come out as she says it will and how I've tried (sometimes poorly) explaining :) Claire and Edward are also an absolutely pleasure interacting with. Overall, great service - thank you to the whole team.

Tomoko is a very nice lady and she cut my hair really well. She wore a vizier and a mask. The reception area is also well shielded. However I was surprised that this T&G still uses the same brush, comb and gown for all customers. I have heard of other T&G where the safety measures are more drastic and I was expecting a disposable gown and single usage material to be used on my hair or at least to have been sanitised (the brush and comb had hair on then when I sat down). I also noticed that 2 clients were sat abreast although it wasn’t the case anywhere else in the salon. So there is still room for improvement!

Please be assured each section is thoroughly cleaned and equipment is disinfected between each client - and all gowns are washed at the highest temperature with a disinfectant liquid before being placed into their we care bag along with sterilised combs and clips for each individual client.

I’ll just put it like this. I make a 200 mile round trip to have my hair cut by Alessandro and Alessandro only. I have difficult thick hair, and he cuts it impeccably. Not just for how I look when I leave, but how it looks in 1 month / 2 months later. Superb.

I lived in Canary Wharf in the past and it was then when I had the great luck yo meet Tomoko at T&G ...I moved to a different area but I do cross the city to get my hair cut by her. She is fabulous!

Also, they have put in place great measures to keep clients safe. I felt well looked after and that my safety as well as that of the hair stylist and other clients was looked after. Highly recommend this place :)

Amazing colour as usual. Fantastic service despite the odd situation I felt comfortable.
Only improvement would be a quicker express dry - took around 45 mins and by the end was feeling a bit impatient after so long in my mask.

I just love the staff in this salon. The ultra glamorous receptionist was really down to earth and helpful, explaining the new measures due to CV 19 and making me feel welcome. Emma was flexible on the day and gave me great advice. I thought the option of giving a tip would be available but it wasn’t so will hand in an envelope later this week....☺️

It was fine but I'm not sure the results looked £184.99 worth!! The main thing that frustrated me is that for a colour it took 5hrs!! (4rs 50mins to be precise). Part of the problem was that the previous client had shown up 25mins late and then was complaining with the results which meant the colourist was going back & forth.
