I got a cut from a senior stylist at the Canary Wharf branch. A few weeks into the cut I noticed it was uneven on two side. However we went into lockdown for a month. Post lockdown I went into the branch requesting for the stylist to take a look at the cut. Usually stylists are flexible about doing quick 10-15 minute refinements. However this branch was very inflexible. They didn’t care if a cut given by them looked bad. The said since it had been 8 weeks I would have to book another cut. Given I had a very short bob and for 4 of the 8 week the branch had been closed this was an unreasonable suggestion. Due to their poor customer service and profiteering approach I won’t be going back.
