I came to have my hair coloured and the colour applied was black rather than lighter shade. I called next day and complained about it to lady that did my colour. She told me that she couldn't do anything even though I stated that this be escalated. Then I was told the manager of salon would call me. It has been over a month and still I am yet to receive a call. I will have to escalate again as it was a very unpleasant experience.
