I have had 2 sessions of IPL laser hair removal with Nicola. The results are amazing, my skin looks refreshed, clearer, my hair is finer and hardly any regrowth. The salon experience is first class, every time I walk in I come out feeling alive refreshed and pleased with the results and it makes me want more treatments in the salon. The Environ products they use are fantastic, would never use another brand.

Knots gone and I left feeling lighter and ready for the world. Fantastic as usual!

I had my first treatment at the salon on Monday and it was lovely. My therapist was really friendly and took me through to the room as soon as I arrived. The room was lovely and the bed was so warm and cosy. The massage was nice and I would definitely have again although unfortunately I'm not sure if the whole 75 minutes was done. I booked for the full body and scalp massage and I think we started at 10.30 and finished at 11.30 so that was slightly disappointing as I was really looking forward to the extra time. I'm not complaining at all and decided I would just pay and not say anything but then as the system asked for my feedback I thought I would mention. Overall the visit was really nice and I really enjoyed it.

I have been going to the beauty rooms since I was around 13 years old. They helped me with my ache treatments for many years and to this day my skin looks amazing. I still go every month, this time it’s not for any acne it’s to get my eyebrows waxed... after all these years still the same owner and a great team. I will always go there for all my skincare needs.

Thanks Nicola for making me feel human again. Can’t wait until next week for my facial :-)

I have just used a gift voucher I was given for a massage and I must say it was wonderful! My back and shoulders were in quite a state after lockdown and I hadn’t had a massage since last August but Sarah worked magic, checking the pressure wasn’t too much but getting the knots out.
Covid regulations were followed, the room was lovely and comfortable and there was even a heated under blanket. I have booked again!

Coming out of the beauty rooms after a treatment makes me feel like I am walking on air. Totally relaxed and feeling great. Thanks girls

I’ve had my eyebrows & eyelashes tinted for a number of years at various salons & I always end up with eyes watering and sore. Been to Sophie at Beauty Rooms on last two occasions. Each time my eyes were fine & family (Very fussy daughter) said result looked lovely.

Thrilled with my eyebrow shape and lash tint! Brows look amazing - perfect shape and thickness - exactly what I wanted. So pleased the therapist recommended the blue/black lash tint as it looks brilliant.

I had my appointment with Kathryn, who was amazing! Full of energy & great vibes making my waxing experience as comfortable as possible! She was VERY thorough and gave great aftercare advice which I will be following in between my appointments. 5 star service from a 5 star beauty room! Highly recommend, great staff, amazing treatments and excellent service!

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today, by a lovely lady called Sarah. It was her first day but you'd never had thought it. Was very easy to talk to and very friendly and welcoming. The salon was lovely and clean, with COVID-19 measures put in place. Highly recommended and will be going back very soon. Well done

I had the pleasure of being waxed by Kathryn. She was an amazing therapist and I am so pleased with the results of my hollywood wax: literally no hair at all. Usually I tend to find that some therapists leave patches of hair, but not with Kathryn, she is very thorough!

I had an eyelash lift and tint with Klara. She was very friendly and attentive and the ambience was lovely. I was pleased with the result, however I marked the it 4 stars, as when I got home I noticed my bottom lashes hadn’t been dyed. It may be that I should have specified to do my full lashes, although as I’ve had my lashes dyed in various salons previously and have always had my full lashes dyed, I just assumed this is the norm.

Nicola and the team are amazing as usual. The team and salon makes you feel so safe and comfortable. Nice to see a salon going that extra mile with especially with PPE! x

Always get really good service here, and today was no exception. Klara did a great job on my eyebrows and my treatment was relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent COVID precautions in place. I would definitely recommend The Beauty Rooms to my local friends.

Just returned from having an 'age defying' facial. One hour of pure bliss.
So lovely to spend time being taken care of so expertly, and feeling very spoiled now.

Was an amazing massage by Klara. Very relaxed setting.

An hour in the Beauty Rooms leaves me feeling relaxed and content. My face feels and looks so much better than when I walked in. The staff are helpful and extremely knowledgeable understanding what is best you you and your skin.
