Excellent service and beautiful hair but at what cost to the planet? I was extremely disappointed to see that Toni & Guy have made a decision to put convenience above our planet. Why have Toni & Guy stopped using re-usable towels and instead have switched to use disposable ones that can only be used once and thrown away? Adding to the global waste management problem and negatively impacting our environment. Is Toni & Guy only looking at financial profit when making these decisions? Are Toni & Guy not assessing the wider impact on the communities and environmental impact? Can you tell me how many single-use „towels“ Toni & Guy use on a weekly basis? Have Toni & Guy mapped the environmental footprint of all their products? Shame on Toni & Guy for this decision.
